Implement the management and supervision system of social insurance such as pension, unemployment, work injury and other supplementary insurance funds, and prepare the draft budget and final accounts of relevant social insurance funds. In conjunction with relevant departments, we will implement the national insurance plan and participate in the establishment of a unified national social insurance service platform. To formulate the overall plan and annual plan for the informatization construction of human resources and social security in the city, formulate relevant systems, standards and norms and organize their implementation. Guide and urge enterprises to participate in industrial injury insurance.
(five) to be responsible for the prediction, early warning and information guidance of the employment and unemployment insurance funds, to formulate contingency plans, to implement prevention and control, and to maintain the stability of the employment situation and the overall balance of payments of the unemployment insurance funds.

Responsible for the administrative management of labor relations, improve the consultation and coordination mechanism of labor relations, implement the labor relations policy, implement the system of working hours and rest and vacation for employees, and implement the policy of eliminating illegal use of child labor and the special labor protection policy for female employees and underage employees. According to this law, employers are urged to specify labor protection clauses, working conditions and occupational hazard protection when signing and performing contracts. Organize and implement labor security supervision, coordinate workers' rights protection work, and investigate and deal with major cases according to law.
