Before 9 o'clock

Be sure to have breakfast before 9 am. Some sisters are used to skipping breakfast in the morning, but breakfast can help your body quickly start metabolism and help you lose more fat.

Breakfast can be eaten: staple food+protein+fruit. High satiety and low sugar staple food: pumpkin, whole wheat bread, purple potato, etc.

Protein: Eggs, milk, soybean milk and other vegetables/low-sugar fruits: apples, strawberries, peaches and so on.

The fruit will be finished before 4 o'clock.

Sisters in the fat-reducing period can eat some low-sugar fruits to supplement vitamins and trace elements, but don't eat fruits for dinner. Some fruits are still high in sugar, and eating them wrong will make you fat.

Low-sugar fruits: grapefruit, apple, papaya, guava, yacon, pear, avocado, etc.

Have dinner before 7 p.m.

Eat before 7 o'clock, there is enough time for digestion. Don't eat some food with heavy oil and salt. You can eat less. After meals, you can exercise properly, walk and jog, increase consumption and prevent fat accumulation.

Dinner can be eaten: cucumber, broccoli, shrimp, chicken breast, wax gourd, pumpkin, low-fat soup and so on.

Don't eat for three hours before bed.

Never eat anything three hours before going to bed, because your metabolism is slow at night and your body is at rest. Eating before going to bed can lead to fat accumulation and affect your digestive system. If you are too hungry to sleep, you can eat some quality protein.

You can eat cucumbers, tomatoes, shrimps, chicken breasts, eggs and so on.
