Because breakfast mainly supplies blood to the brain, if you don't eat breakfast well, it will definitely be bad for your health. You can't ruin your body just by losing a few pounds. Pale face will look sick and ugly! If you feel hungry, you can eat apples and drink more water before lunch. If you don't like drinking boiled water, you can try oolong tea. I just drink it every day. However, the daily water supply should be maintained. Personally, I don't like drinking boiled water very much, so I can only force myself to drink some every day. You can find someone who eats slowly at noon. I just, one of my colleagues is slow to eat, so I will accompany her to eat slowly.
