My recipe is
Breakfast: a banana, oat milk, skim yogurt, sugar-free soybean milk (choose one)
Lunch: salmon sashimi, a cup of soybean milk or milk, and some fruits.
I basically don't eat dinner, but I usually eat some fruit.
Exercise is also important for losing weight.
You can search Pilates videos online and follow them. I've been doing this all the time. It is really useful. I sweat profusely every time I finish. It usually takes more than 30 minutes.
