1. Open the picture to be processed in PS.

2. Copy a layer and turn it into a smart object, turn on ACR filter, reduce exposure in basic parameters, reduce blue and green in HSL to darken the background, and add a dark corner in the effect panel.

3. Open the radial filter, check the "outside" below, and then pull an ellipse on the jellyfish to adjust the direction and size to reduce external exposure.

4. Enter the PS main panel and add an exposure adjustment layer to increase exposure. Select the mask, press ctrl+I to reverse the phase, and use a white soft-edged brush to wipe back the jellyfish that has just been highlighted.

5. Add the exposure adjustment layer again to improve the exposure, and brighten the main part of jellyfish with a black mask. If the effect is not enough, you can add an extra layer.

6. Create a new blank layer, change the blending mode to soft light or strong light, use the straw tool to absorb the color of the jellyfish highlight area, apply it to the highlight area with a soft-edged brush, and then absorb the color of the tentacles and apply it to the surrounding tentacles to enhance the details.
