In terms of sports, I spend more time with a treadmill at home. I go to work in the morning 15 laps, and I can go home and run for 20 laps in the afternoon. Jogging is desirable, there is no speed, but you can't walk! Insist on sit-ups, a group of 30, five groups of daily training for a period of time before carrying out weight-bearing exercises.
Take a rest after exercise and then take a hot bath. You're insisting! Come on!
