I think stovepipe, yoga, Sherbin and Pilates are better.
Yoga is definitely good. I've lost weight 12kg after practicing for half a year, but it's hard to stick to it. And I have to do it once in the morning and once in the evening, and I can't eat for less than 1.5 hours. You can't eat after half an hour of practice, and you can't eat for an hour and a half before practice. After nearly half a year, my legs are still as thin as before giving birth.
