I think so, too. I lost eight pounds a week before I came here. You are not very tired. Don't eat dinner every night, then go to bed and get up on time, do sports at home, such as jogging, skipping rope, hula-hoop sit-ups, and do yoga before going to bed at night. I don't do much exercise every day, but the effect is still obvious. As long as you exercise more, you can lose ten pounds in five days.
