Second, fast food:
1. Meat: dog meat and mutton.
2. Vegetables: potatoes, yam, vermicelli, taro, water chestnut, water chestnut, lotus root, sweet potato, tofu, eggplant, bamboo shoots, pumpkin, corn, peas, kelp and soup.
3. Staple food: rice, steamed bread, noodles and steamed bread.
Note: Chinese food can be selected from the edible foods in Chinese food. If you choose meat or vegetables, you must eat a single food. Do not eat too much. Remember the seafood you can't eat: squid and cuttlefish.

Precautions:
First, you can eat some low-sugar fruits one hour before meals or one hour after meals during the day.
