The observation period is 14 days after the last contact between the observed object and the case or infected person or from the date of arrival 14 days. After the expiration of the isolation period, the isolation can be lifted after the local medical personnel check and confirm and report to the township (street) joint prevention and control leading group for approval.
2, isolation personnel requirements:
People who need home isolation should meet the following conditions:
(1) People from and passing through middle and high risk areas. (2) Close contact with patients with fever and respiratory symptoms from high-risk areas. (3) Close contact with suspected or confirmed infected patients. (4) Other specific circumstances (with the development of the disease, the range of people who need to be isolated may be adjusted).
3. Requirements for isolated life: (1) Do not go out without authorization, and truthfully answer the health inquiries of the staff at the isolated observation point. (2) Actively cooperate with medical staff to measure the temperature once every morning and evening and make records. (3) It is best to have a separate room, minimize contact with other family members, and keep the door closed at any time. If the conditions are not met, please ensure a distance of at least one meter. Daily necessities are completely separated from other family members to avoid cross-contamination. (4) Isolated personnel and their families living together should wear masks to avoid close contact. Wash your hands before wearing new masks and after handling used masks. (5) Open the window for ventilation, so that indoor air and outdoor air can communicate directly, and avoid using air conditioners, especially central air conditioners. (6) Keep enough rest, and the food should be light and diverse to ensure adequate nutrition. (7) Used paper towels, masks and domestic garbage are thrown into a special dustbin with a cover and handed over to the corresponding staff for special treatment. The trash can should be cleaned every day. (8) Disinfect the articles in time, and wipe and clean them with disinfectant. (9) In case of acute respiratory symptoms such as fever, cough and shortness of breath, contact the staff of the isolation observation point by telephone immediately. (10) It is best to fix a healthy family member without chronic diseases to look after the observed person. (1 1) Wear a mask when contacting with the observed person or entering the observed room. Change the mask in time, and wash your hands with tap water and soap or hand sanitizer before and after wearing it. (12) Do not directly contact the secretions of the observed person, especially the sputum and feces. Disposable gloves should be used to handle clothes, urine and other excreta of the observed person, and hands should be washed after gloves are taken off.
