Dongpo elbow is a traditional dish made by Su Dongpo. It has the characteristics of fat but not greasy, not rotten and not rotten. It has good color, fragrance, taste and shape. Some people call it "beauty food" and foreign guests praise it as "world famous dish". The elbow of Meishan Dongpo is much better than Su Dongpo's. First of all, in the selection of materials, only pig's trotters are selected. After washing, put it in clear water and stew it until it is eight minutes hot. Then pick up the elbow and steam it in a steamer. After degreasing twice, the elbow has reached a fat but not greasy position, neither rotten nor rotten. There are two forms when eating: one is clear soup. Take out the steamed elbow, put it in a bowl and serve chicken stew. If there is no chicken soup, boiled water will do. Add a little salt and onion. It's best to put the soy sauce in another bowl and dip it in it when eating, which tastes fresher. The second is seasoning. That is, take the steamed elbow out of the palace bowl and pour the prepared seasoning, and you can eat it. Dongpo elbow in Meishan is very particular about seasoning, and it is composed of 17 kinds of raw materials. With distinctive features, it suits the tastes of guests from east, west, north and south and overseas friends.
2. Longan Crisp
Longan is as crisp as longan, with a round bottom and thousands of layers. Beautiful and exquisite in appearance, mellow and delicious, it is one of the traditional cuisines in Meishan.
3. Wengong loquat
Wengong is located at the southern foot of Er 'e Mountain in the county. The soil and climate in this area are particularly suitable for loquat planting, with a planting history of 100 years. Since the reform and opening up, under the guidance of experts from provincial scientific research institutes, Wengong Town has developed Wengong loquat commodities, intensified variety improvement, and vigorously promoted Dawuxing, Zhang Mei 77- 1, Dayuan, Jiefang and Meier No.5, which have the advantages of fast growth, early maturity, high yield per plant, huge fruit, unique flavor and rich nutrition.
4. Dawuxing loquat
1998, Dawuxing loquat won the first prize at the provincial loquat appraisal meeting. Mature in mid-May, with large fruit, fresh color and regular shape. The weight of single fruit is 50- 100 g, with an average of 68g, and the edible rate is 72.3%. The juice is sweet and fragrant. It is a widely popularized variety with moderate tree vigor, early fruiting and high yield.
5. Fengshui pear
1998, the sample fruit sent by our center won the title of excellent fruit at the national appraisal meeting of early-maturing pears; 1999 won the Golden Cup Award of Sichuan Famous Fruit. The fruit is nearly round, the skin is yellow-brown, it is completely mature and bright yellow. The average fruit weight is 250g, and the maximum fruit weight is 400g g. The pulp juice is delicate and crisp, and the juice is rich and sweet, with good quality. Mature in the middle and late July, with good high and stable yield. Fengshui pears in our county have been exported to the United States.
6. Dried beef
Ganba beef produced by Zhangerxin Food Factory in Renshou County has a history of more than 300 years. It was built in the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. Its characteristics are: paper-like, strip-like, delicious, spicy and refreshing, suitable for all ages. 7. Pengshan sweet-skinned duck
Pengshan sweet-skinned duck is made from healthy ducklings with exquisite accessories and refined by traditional techniques. Bright color, crisp taste, moderate salinity, crisp and sweet skin, tender meat, smooth entrance and unique flavor.
8.Meishan navel orange
Meishan navel orange is the top grade among many fruits in Meishan. 1985 won the "Golden Cup Award" issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and the national certificate of high-quality agricultural products, and was subsequently awarded the national high-quality fruit for three consecutive times. At present,120,000 mu has been planted, and 15 township navel orange production bases have been built, with an annual output of 9 .63 tons, which sell well in more than 20 provinces and cities in China. 1999 the organizing Committee of the recommendation publicity campaign of "hometown of specialty in China" of the Ministry of Agriculture promulgated meishan county as "hometown of navel orange in China".
9. "Peng Zushou Orange"
"Pengzushou Citrus" has been officially registered by the Industrial and Commercial Bureau and is a new hybrid citrus variety. This variety has the characteristics of large fruit (transverse diameter 85- 1.20 mm, average single fruit weight 250 g, about 600 g), bright red color, good meat quality, sweet taste, no seeds or few stones, no foaming, storage and transportation resistance and so on.
