How to make yam soup?

Ingredients: black-bone chicken with 200 grams of yam.

Ingredients: Lycium barbarum, jujube, pepper, onion and ginger.

Production steps:

1. Wash black-bone chicken after eviscerating. Peel and cut the yam into pieces and soak it in water to avoid discoloration. Wash the medlar for later use. Slice onion and ginger.

2. Pour enough water into the casserole (my pot is a purple sand electric pot), add the black-bone chicken, boil it, and skim off the floating foam.

3. Add Fructus Lycii, Fructus Jujubae, Fructus Zanthoxyli, Herba Alii Fistulosi and Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens, and simmer for 2 hours.
