I didn't weigh myself, but the most obvious ones were my waist, arms and hips. Pants that used to be unbuttoned at a turn can be easily buttoned after 20 days of exercise, and they are still loose.

Exercise should pay attention to these points:

1, the problem of drinking water, drinking water before exercise is better than drinking water after exercise. I found that many people like to drink water during exercise, once every once in a while, or drink it all at once after exercise, which is actually not good for losing weight. Because drinking water before exercise, especially on an empty stomach, can detoxify and clear the intestines, and these waters are sweated out during exercise, which is also a kind of detoxification for the skin. Don't feel thirsty and drink water after exercise, otherwise people after exercise will be absorbed like sponges and their weight will not drop significantly.

2, the problem of eating: eat less and eat more meals, five points full each time. Only in this way, fat will be oxidized and decomposed faster, will not accumulate, and will be easy to adhere to.

3, less shopping, some people think that shopping will lose weight, in fact, you will unconsciously tempted in the process of shopping, eat a lot of food, buy a lot of things, you still think that you have consumed calories, in fact, you will gain weight if you spend less money.

4. Exercise must be done at home. Some people, especially middle-aged people, just put on airs when exercising, which is not good for their health at all.
