Ingredients: 250g chickpea, 60g sesame sauce, 40g sugar-free yogurt, half lemon, 2 cloves garlic, 6g salt, 2 tbsps olive oil, 1 red pepper, a little coriander, a little black pepper, a little cumin, a little sweet pepper powder, a proper amount of clear water, and a high-speed blender.
1, chickpeas were soaked in water for more than 12 hours.
