After practicing yoga a few times, I feel nothing.
Many times, we will wonder why after practicing for so long, there are still many postures that I can't do and feel. Is it your method or yoga?

0 1, like to compare with others:

It's hard to concentrate on your own exercises without comparing with others, but this is what you should do. Really don't pay attention to what others are doing. When you think others are better than you, stop thinking! Similarly, don't get too excited and feel that you are doing better than others. Go your own way, stay true to yourself and stop this kind of behavior, otherwise it will hurt people around you.

02. Too little practice:

Many people get a card, but they can't come several times a year. Sometimes they have time to practice for a month, and then no one will be there for three or four months. How can this be effective? Muscle will give you feedback quickly when you train it, but when you ignore it, it will relax and be covered with fat. So your assault practice won't have any lasting effect. If you don't practice for a few months, you will return to before liberation.

03. Your exercises are all in class:

When you walk into the classroom, find a mat and sit down, what is your state? You sit with your back hunched. When the teacher comes to the front and tells everyone to adjust their sitting posture, you start to straighten up. Go home after class, start to be paralyzed in Beijing, and bow back at work. You think that even if you practice every day, you will practice 1 hour every day, but you have been practicing in the wrong posture for 23 hours. Do you think your health will be fine? Especially for people with poor lumbar intervertebral discs, if they don't know how to bring yoga into their lives, their bodies will never change for the better.

04, don't know your body:

As we all know, we should do everything according to our abilities. First of all, you must have a certain understanding of your body. Everyone is born different and doesn't need to be like others. If you don't feel well, don't force yourself, but keep your posture. If you always want to be like everyone else, then you will be eager to reach the last step. You want to reach the extreme in every exercise, but your body doesn't have any opening process, just wants to reach the last step. You don't know how to lower your level, and you don't realize that you are making progress, because your mind only has the last pose, not the process of reaching that POSE.

05, breathing:

We all know that when practicing yoga, blood will flow all over your body and change your blood circulation, but have you ever tried to practice until the end of the course, and your hands and feet are still cold? This is because your blood has not yet circulated to the periphery. On the one hand, your blood circulation ability is poor, on the other hand, your breathing is not keeping up. Breathing is breathing, asana is asana, and there is no effect without combination.

06, always leave too early:

Sometimes you leave in a hurry as soon as the class is over. Don't let this become a habit. We are all very busy, but many times we can still wait 10 minutes to finish the corpse. Leaving early is not only impolite, but also deprives you of the fruits of your efforts: lying down for a few minutes can make your body feel the benefits of practice better.
