It's beautiful in the morning, and it's good to practice yoga, but it's best to practice yoga language meditation more. In the morning, the body is stiff and ineffective, and poor sleep will make it more inflexible. So be sure to exercise carefully, do some soothing exercises, get up early in the morning, such as the wind blowing trees, hummingbirds, simple lower body swinging and so on.
