What is the best shape of a suit?
It can be said responsibly that it must not be a big muscular man or a thin fat man. The ideal state actually has little to do with muscles. More importantly, the meat is evenly distributed throughout the body, and it will not be particularly prominent or shriveled in some places. Of course, if we can achieve this premise and still cling to one track-minded, it will be a dragon and a phoenix among people. I touch hundreds of guests every year on average, and less than 5% of them can clap their chests and say that they can be symmetrical and strong.

The theme of this time is to hope that you are in the top 5% when you are studying!

Unbalanced ordinary numbers

As for how to practice, as a tailor, I am a layman, but my observation and summary of my body shape in my daily work will definitely help readers. Here are some biased cases, so that everyone can avoid detours.

1, uneven before and after

There are a large number of asymmetric customers. These people often go to the gym and make a lot of efforts, but they have a preference for the parts of exercise, such as the upper limbs mainly practicing chest and the lower limbs mainly practicing legs. This kind of training is very strong and burly from the front, and its figure is very scary. However, after putting on the suit, I can't see the whole back. Making clothes for such people is equivalent to matching XL breasts with M backs. Even if it is clean, it doesn't look harmonious.

What's more difficult is pants. The asymmetry of trousers before and after is reflected in the strong thighs and no meat in the buttocks. The front film and the back film are completely different. Why is it harder? Because the hip circumference of the trousers is connected with the thigh, the distance is very close. Originally, they were "neighbors" who influenced each other, but it was easy to make the hip circumference loose and the pants were not neat enough from the back.

2, uneven

Another large group mainly focuses on the upper body and ignores the exercise of the lower body. For example, the upper body is well trained, the chest, back, arms, waist and abdomen are well balanced, but the lower body is rarely practiced, and there is no meat in the buttocks and thighs. XL top with M pants, wide at the top and narrow at the bottom. This figure is difficult to coordinate in a suit. Pursuing self-cultivation will appear too thin below the waist and not atmospheric enough. It is relatively easy to pursue moderate tightness. The usual practice is to loosen the pants appropriately to create an overall natural and unified effect. However, due to the lack of hip support, it is easy to show loose from the hem of the suit to the ankle of the trousers when walking.

Misunderstanding of graphics

Basically, everyone thinks that a figure with muscles is better than one without muscles. It's true to take off your clothes, but putting on a suit is really another matter.

If you want to change your figure, you look better in a suit, don't you?

Before I have a relatively complete exercise plan, my suggestion is not to blindly gain muscle, but to focus on removing excess fat. For example, your chest muscles are tall and straight, but your stomach is so small that it is not easy to look good in a suit.

Suit is the easiest clothing for men to show off their figure. The T-shirt we see usually has only two pieces of cloth, the front piece and the back piece, while the suit has six pieces, which can better fit the human body and show the figure outline, plus the wool lining in the accessories.
