EVISU's classic "seagull" pattern is inspired by the free flight of seagulls in the sky. The seagull pattern drawn by strokes is isomorphic with Buddha's head, family emblem and other elements, forming the core brand logo of EVISU.
The brand name comes from Ebisu (Ebisu's nickname "Rong") in Japanese mythology, who usually walks around with a fishing rod and fish in his hand. Ebisu belongs to one of the seven folk gods, symbolizing bumper harvest and wealth.

EVISU was founded in Osaka, Japan on 199 1. In its development process, it regards Europe and the United States as its main markets. However, due to poor management, it was at a loss until 20 10, and even went bankrupt frequently.
