Red bean soup:
Raw materials:
Prepare two spoonfuls of red beans (I use the deep stainless steel spoon for soup and hot pot, which is full of two spoonfuls)
A small thermos bottle (that is, the thermos bottle used by ordinary families in the 1980 s and 1990 s)
Some rock candy-it depends on your personal preference.
Method: Wash the red beans and put them in a bowl, then soak them in boiling water.
Then boil the water and pour the boiled water into the thermos bottle until it is almost full. It must be boiled water! Otherwise, the red beans will not be ripe. . .
Then pour out the water in the red bean bowl (because the red beans are warm after soaking for a while and can't be used)
Drain the red beans, pour them into the thermos bottle, plug them, and open the cork after 12 hours, and the red bean soup will be fine.
Pour the red bean soup in a thermos into a pot or a cold water bottle. I bought a dozen glass kettles at Wal-Mart. Pour in red bean soup, add rock sugar and stir well. Then wash the thermos bottle and save it for next time.
The practice of mung bean soup is the same as above, just replace the beans.
This method is very simple, right? I stagger one soup every day. I cook soup every night and get up the next morning. Actually, it won't take 12 hours. It was made at 9: 10 pm, and it was fine when it was poured out at 7 or 8 the next morning. When you are thirsty during the day, or when your mouth is lonely, you basically drink this soup and drink such a bottle a day.
This lasted for more than a week and the effect was good. However, I didn't insist when I was happy. As a result, the acne has grown back, so we must stick to it! But don't drink mung bean soup when you have your period ~
