The correct method of yoga inhalation and exhalation
Step 1: Inhale when ascending and exhale when descending; Breathe in when stretching, stretching and opening the body, and exhale when closing; Exhale when twisting and folding, and inhale when the body is backward.

Step 2: Take a comfortable sitting position or supine position, and fold your hands slightly below your navel; Gently close your mouth, inhale slowly through your nose, and your abdomen will bulge, and when you exhale, your abdomen will retract. Practice repeatedly.

Step 3: Put your hands on the outside of your ribs. When inhaling, the ribs will expand outward, and when exhaling, they will contract. Repeat the exercise.

Step 4: Put your left hand on your left leg; Bend the index finger and middle finger of the right hand, then put the thumb on the right alar and the ring finger on the left alar; First press the right nostril and inhale through the left nostril; Then loosen the right nostril, press the left nostril and exhale through the right nostril; Inhale through the right nostril, then loosen the left nostril, hold down the right nostril, exhale through the left nostril, and practice repeatedly.
