What are aerobic and anaerobic exercise? How to combine exercise to achieve the best slimming effect?
Simply put, any exercise that can normally breathe through the nose and mouth during exercise belongs to aerobic exercise, such as running, cycling, mountain climbing and so on. Anaerobic exercise means that you can't do a complete breathing cycle during exercise, such as bending, pushing, equipment and so on. There will always be a time when you will naturally hold your breath and then exhale. In other words, strength training is anaerobic. If you want to lose fat, it must be the best combination of the two, because anaerobic training can increase muscle content and improve basic metabolic ability, while aerobic can consume calories and burn fat. When you are training, it will be better to do anaerobic for about an hour and aerobic for 40-50 minutes. Because anaerobic exercise will consume glycogen in your body first, and then aerobic exercise will directly start to consume fat. But remember, even during the period of fat loss, nutrition should keep up, and protein, carbohydrates and water should be supplemented. Eat more fruits and vegetables, protein should have plenty of food, and try to eat less pasta. Junk food should naturally not be touched. Make a training plan first. I suggest you practice 5 breaks and 2 breaks a week (that's my arrangement, of course, you can also arrange it yourself), or you can practice 4 breaks and 3 breaks if the intensity is high, and you can also insert oxygen on the rest day.
