Sit-in has certain standard requirements for posture. I practiced meditation for a month. At first, it was the easiest way to break up. After sitting for 20 minutes, my leg hurts, and I feel my leg is almost broken. This is because the tendons and muscles of the legs have never been stretched at all, so it hurts. Many middle-aged friends around me (six friends in the last three years) will accidentally twist their feet when they go down the stairs. After a month's persistence, I can sit alone now, that is, I can put my right foot on my left thigh, also known as king kong sit, and sit for 20 minutes. Putting your left foot on your right thigh is also called wishful sitting. At first, your legs couldn't hold down. Now, after practicing for a while, you can press down. No matter what sitting posture, the ankle will still hurt after sitting, but it is much better than at first. After the leg is put down, it will soon return to normal in 2 minutes. As long as you sit cross-legged for a while, you can immediately feel the whole body steaming, which is actually the acceleration of qi and blood.

Meditation usually starts from the lower body: we usually don't pay attention to it, but when the lower body is tied, the meridians and acupoints that are usually blocked or blocked are the first to produce adverse reactions, and moderate persistence in meditation will gradually dredge these meridians, such as moving or massaging the uncomfortable parts slightly when unbearable and gradually prolonging the time, which is actually helping the blood gas to impact these blocked meridians ... After a moment of meditation, the lower plate will unfold.

Then the improvement of upper body blood microcirculation (including peripheral circulation), including the improvement of cold tolerance, breathing, good posture habits of spine including cervical vertebra, immune system and self-control ability. The possible principle is that because the lower body is sitting, the blood gas circulation is blocked a lot, and the beating of the heart will not change much soon, which leads to the increase of blood gas supply in the upper body, which is of great benefit to the improvement of meridians, blood microcirculation, immune system and self-control ability.
