DQ's Requirements for Franchisees

Love DQ products and brands! Franchisees should be as enthusiastic about DQ as DQ Company. The franchisee should have experience in operating western brands or conducting business with western business concepts, which he has gained in his current business or in his personal (and past) senior management experience (such as people with overseas study background).

Successful operation experience in relevant markets, preferably chain restaurants, free brands, joining other brands, other retail stores or service industries.

Ability to form a special team to run this project. In the initial stage, this team should include a general manager with experience in catering industry and 100% DQ operation; Marketing manager. In addition, with the development of business, we will increase the support staff in related fields (market, store location, administration, etc. ).

At least one person in the franchisee team can communicate skillfully with the headquarters of DQ Company in English, because all the support and legal documents of the headquarters are in English. Only the operation and training support is provided by DQ employees in China, so it is in Chinese.

Ability (own or lease) to obtain high-quality store location in the city with good cost-effectiveness.

Pay great attention to marketing and brand building, as well as high-quality operation management.
