Simple tricuspid regurgitation is rare. Mostly caused by pulmonary hypertension, right ventricular dilatation and tricuspid annulus dilatation. Clinically, it is mostly caused by left heart failure and pulmonary hypertension. After tricuspid regurgitation, the symptoms of right heart failure, such as fatigue, ascites, edema, liver pain, indigestion, anorexia and so on, are aggravated. Faster heartbeat at night is a compensatory manifestation of heart failure.
Guiding opinions:
I don't know if you are doing valve replacement or plastic surgery. Valve replacement surgery is very mature, and the success rate is over 95%. But taking anticoagulants for life is more troublesome. The key of plastic surgery is that the long-term effect is not easy to evaluate, so it is impossible to judge the success rate of a single patient.
