I am thin, my limbs and body are thin. Even if I wear thick clothes in winter, my friends say I wear too little when they see me. That's actually because I'm really too thin and look thin.
Because of this, I don't want to lose weight any more, so I got a fitness card two months ago. Compared with fat people, thin people have one advantage, that is, thin people will get results faster after fitness.
Because my goal is clear, that is, to make my arms thicker and have some muscles. The first thing I do when I go to the gym is to run first. Running is a warm-up exercise! I run four times, walking around like this, and then I will sweat a little after running, and the whole person will be hot. You'd better start doing other sports after running.
Then have a rest after running, and I will go to the equipment area to do some weight lifting exercises. In the past two months, I have been specializing in two things, one is to practice the upper part of my arm, and the other is to practice the lower part of my arm. In short, every time I practice, I always practice equipment that can make my arms work.
When practicing equipment, the weight should be controlled within the range that you can lift hard, instead of choosing a weight that is easier for you, because it has no effect. Also, pay attention to multiple groups and fewer numbers when practicing. For example, when I practiced the first half, I chose a group of 12, and then the second half was a group of 15. Then I practice these two events for about one hour and fifteen minutes at a time, fifteen minutes for stretching ligaments, plus half an hour at the beginning of running. I always stay in the gym for two hours before I leave.
