Many people's obesity mainly occurs in the buttocks and abdomen. Such people all have one thing in common: either they work long hours or they don't like activities.
Sitting in front of a desk, computer or TV for a long time, the extra calories can't be consumed and become fat in the abdomen and buttocks. Therefore, in order to lose weight, we must change the inactive lifestyle, increase exercise and consume excess calories.
Exercise after meals mainly consumes excess calories in the body. But it is not advisable to act immediately after a meal. At that time, blood was concentrated in gastrointestinal digestion, and immediate activities affected digestion. It is wise to go out for half an hour after supper.
The best way to exercise is to walk fast for more than half an hour, so that the fat cells around the body can exercise fully. Aerobic breathing can oxidize body fat, so aerobic exercise can lose weight. Running hard, panting, the body is in a certain degree of hypoxia, unable to oxidize fat.
2. Strictly observe and develop the eating habit of "eat well in the morning, eat well at noon and eat less at night", among which "eat less at night" is the key to lose weight!
There are three points to note here:
First, we must have breakfast. People who skip breakfast tend to get fat. Because after a night's sleep, my body has not eaten for more than 10 hours.
The body needs a carbohydrate-rich breakfast to replenish and store energy. People who don't eat breakfast have a strong feeling of fasting and hunger at lunch. If they eat too much food unconsciously, extra energy will enter the body. You get fat.
Second, you must be full at noon. If you are not full at noon, you will be hungry at night. It's hard to eat less at night.
Third, we must eat as little as possible at night. And dinner should not eat meat, sweets, fried food, drink some light noodle soup, rice soup, not salty soup. Many people who have successfully lost weight have the same secret: never eat or drink after 9 pm! This is the key to keeping them in curve.
