1; The memory module is exposed to metal oxidation, or two memory modules are used, and one of them is damaged or incompatible. The contact metal of the discrete graphics card is oxidized, and the memory and graphics card are unplugged. Clean the contact metal (golden finger) and replace the damaged memory module. Clean the dust on the graphics card radiator and fan. If the fan is damaged, please replace it.
2. Motherboard: After a period of use, a lot of dust accumulated on the motherboard. Leakage, expansion and failure of electrolytic capacitor. Thoroughly clean the dust on the motherboard. The focus is on memory slots, graphics slots, and around the CPU. Replace the capacitor or send it for repair.
3. Central processing unit. cpu is the highest commander of the computer. If the temperature is too high, the voltage is unstable, and the overclocking is too large, the CPU will automatically protect itself. The computer will be paralyzed, so there will be a blue screen, crash, clean up the cpu radiator and fan dust. Replace the thermal conductive silicone grease under the radiator and restore the default frequency of CPU.
4. Power supply, power supply is the driving force for the normal work of the computer. After a period of use, due to dust accumulation, capacitor failure, fan dust accumulation, speed drop, poor heat dissipation, output power drop and other reasons, it will also cause a crash, restart, blue screen-repair or replace the power supply.
5 System drivers installed with GHOST version are often not accurately installed, especially sound card, network card, graphics card and motherboard chipset drivers. -Solution: Install the installation CD that comes with the motherboard, download EVEREST to check the exact model of each hardware, download the driver wizard, and then install the correct driver.
6. There is something wrong with the hard disk or the data cable of the hard disk. With the increase of the use time, the hard disk is turned off abnormally during use, resulting in a logical or physical bad track. Logical bad tracks can be repaired by special software. Physical bad track can only replace the hard disk. There will be problems with the data cable if it is used for a long time, which can be eliminated by replacing it (the phenomenon of data cable failure is very similar to memory failure)
(The above is only for desktops) The above is my experience in the actual maintenance process.
