2. We open the Mint Health APP and find mine in the options bar at the bottom, as shown in the figure below. Click to enter my interface.
3. In my interface, we can set a lot of personal health information, and you can see the basic information in the middle part of the page, as shown in the following box. Click to enter the basic information interface.
4. In the basic information interface, you can first set your current relevant information, including age, gender, height and weight. Then we can set the weight loss association.
5. In the middle and lower part of the basic information interface, you can see options such as weight management goal, target weight, and target achievement speed. Here, you can set it according to your personal situation. For example, the goal of weight management is to lose weight or shape, maintain or gain weight; Another example is the target weight and the time to reach the target weight.
6. After setting and saving this information, we return to the homepage of Mint Health. We can see a plus sign in the options bar below. We click on the plus sign and select the memory diet in the pop-up interface.
7. After choosing the memory diet, you can see a system recommended calorie value in the jump interface, which is the daily recommended calorie value calculated according to your weight loss goal and weight loss cycle. We just need to record our daily diet and ensure that the calories are not over the standard, so we can lose weight healthily.
