What are the sitting yoga moves?
There are several kinds of sitting yoga movements:

Three-disc seat

Cross your legs, with your left foot under your right leg and your right foot under your left leg. Straighten your back and tighten your chin. This is the easiest sitting position.

King kong sit

Bend your legs and put your hips on your heels.

Relax your shoulders, tighten your chin and straighten your back. This can reduce the pressure on the legs, and the legs will naturally not be paralyzed.

Lotus constellation

Sit up straight with your legs straight forward. Bend your right leg and put it on your left thigh with the center of your foot facing up.

Now bend your left leg, put it on your right thigh and lift your feet.

Straighten your back, tighten your chin, and keep the tip of your nose in line with your navel.

Half lotus constellation

Sit up straight with your legs straight forward.

Bend your right leg and put it on your left thigh with the center of your foot facing up.
