1. Click the gear icon on the upper right of the open ie browser window and select "Internet Options", as shown in the following figure:

2. In the open Internet options window, switch to the security bar and click Custom Level in the security tab, as shown in the following figure:

3. Find the Java applet script and the active script in the security settings-Internet area interface, select both options as disabled, and then click OK, as shown in the following figure:
