My running plan starts with losing weight. But now I insist on running for a higher purpose: to keep my mind healthy! Personally euphemistically called:

I used to run for twenty or thirty minutes every day. It turned out that it was actually stupid. You have to wash an extra set of sportswear, change a pair of running shoes and run to the gym in these 20 minutes. And the return is small. I woke up late and realized the problem later.

He mentioned the problem of the gym, so I told myself that I could do more! So I increased my running time to 1 hour. As for why is it an hour? Because an hour is exactly two gold coins!

Occasionally, I am too lazy to go to the gym, but rarely. The excuse for myself is the same: I haven't washed two pairs of shorts suitable for running (in order not to waste electricity and other resources, my roommate and I use the washing machine to wash clothes every three days. It seems hypocritical to take two clothes to wash.

But in fact, every time I finish running, I don't think I should be lazy! Getting soaked is a very comfortable feeling and an improvement of self-realm. And I can stick to it and feel very powerful! I call it:

Without these running experiences, I may not be able to convince myself to enrich myself and improve myself in my spare time!

Of course I will stick to running and allow myself to be lazy occasionally, but not too much!
