Composition:
Chicken breast 200g, honey 1 spoon, oyster sauce 1 spoon, soy sauce 1 spoon, a little oil, a little salt, salted eggs 1 piece, cucumber 1 piece, 8 strawberries and pitaya1piece.
Exercise:
1. Wash the chicken breast, cut it into thin slices with a thickness of about 1cm, cut into pieces, and put it in a clean bowl.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey, a little salt and black pepper, squeeze a few drops of fresh lemon juice to keep fresh (not necessarily), mix well and marinate 15 minutes.
3. After the chicken breast is marinated, brush a layer of oil on the bottom of the pot, put the chicken slices into the pot, turn them over a few times with low fire, and fry the chicken until both sides are golden and cooked.
4. Squeeze out two rice balls with plastic wrap, add chicken breast and marinated eggs, and serve with fresh fruit.
