Dancing ballroom dancing, Latin dancing, cha-cha, blues dancing and Waltz can make your legs thinner. As long as you stick to this thinness, it will last forever and make your legs look good. Because these are all aerobic exercises. But if it is a dance carpet, it will make the muscles on the legs stronger. I have a friend who has taken ten aerobics classes and has strong legs. No sense of beauty.
These are all from my ballroom dancing teacher. Dancing in the ballroom looks easy, but the movements are in place and the steps are correct. After ten minutes, you are sweating like a pig.
