How to make milk jelly

1. To make milk jelly at home, you need to prepare milk honey and water, and a proper amount of gelatin. Put the prepared gelatine into a small bowl, add water and stir well, then heat it in the microwave oven for 30 seconds.

2. Put the prepared milk into a small bowl, add the prepared honey and stir well, then take out the heated gelatin and put it into the milk to continue stirring. After all of them are stirred evenly, they are put into the mold for making jelly, coated with plastic wrap on the surface, then put into the refrigerator, let it solidify, and then taken out and demoulded to eat.

Exercise 2

1. When making custard, you need to prepare 300 grams of fresh pure milk, two pieces of gelatin tablets, 30 grams of fine sugar and 50 grams of boiled sugar. Put the prepared gelatin tablets into a bowl, add the prepared boiled white sugar to soften it, then add a proper amount of hot water to melt it, and then add the prepared fine white sugar and mix well to melt it.

Exercise 3

When making milk jelly, you can also put your favorite fruit according to your own needs. But if you put the fruit once a day, it is best to cut it into pieces in advance and steam it in the pot later, so that the fruit milk jelly will taste better. In addition, you should put as little sugar as possible in the custard with fruit, otherwise the sweetness of the finished custard will be too heavy, which will make its taste worse.
