Rest for at least half an hour and exercise after meals, otherwise it will be bad for your stomach. You must do stretching exercises before and after exercise. Simple aerobic exercise may loosen the cortex a little, so you can add some anaerobic exercise, like plate support.
Try not to stay up late, go to bed early and get up early, maintain healthy living habits and achieve the best metabolic state. When you really decide to start losing weight, you must stick to this state. Don't fish for three days and dry the net for two days, otherwise the final result will definitely end in failure. Maintain the above living habits, stick to it for one month, and lose ten pounds easily with a large base. Diet can be different every day. Try to eat less snacks or not, and forget about milk tea. Eat lightly with less oil and salt, and keep a certain amount of exercise. Stick to it and you will be the most beautiful.
