What should a yoga instructor pay attention to in teaching?
A standard yoga course, according to the study of yoga classics, we can know that the human body and its own intelligence, from outside to inside, from top to bottom, have seven weights. According to the meaning of these seven weights, Yi Chan made a standard yoga class flow arrangement based on his years of teaching experience. This is one of the flow arrangements of yoga teaching in Yi Chan, so as to communicate with yoga teachers. May our teacher do the course better.

The process of yoga seven senses classroom;

Awakening {pranayama}-awareness {sound flow}-asana {dynamic}-pure mind {release}-meditation {rest}-meditation {meditation}-concentration {completion}.

1. Awakening {pranayama}: What methods can be used to adjust and awaken body consciousness? The answer is pranayama, and pranayama practice means inhaling and exhaling. The most important thing for us is that life must be interesting. Where are our values? Where does all the life energy come from when we breathe? From inhalation and exhalation.

Respiratory frequency is not the only factor that affects pranayama physically and psychologically. The change of respiratory frequency is actually an easy to observe and operate content of the whole respiratory quality change. In other words, people's cognitive, emotional and will qualities will change with the change of breathing frequency. Conversely, people's psychological changes will also have an impact on breathing, and a quiet psychological state will make breathing smooth. For example, it is difficult for a breathless person to be calm, while a person who is calm as water will not be breathless. So when practicing yoga, the effect of these two people is definitely different.

Therefore, breathing is the prelude to the beginning of yoga practice, the active cause of physical and mental harmony, and effective pranayama is to make the body and mind correspond and build a bridge of connection. Breathing is coordinated from coarse to fine. This subtle and orderly respiratory movement in the human body requires the coordinated activities of multiple organs, among which the regulation of higher nerve center and respiratory center is particularly important. Therefore, in yoga class, teachers should start with breathing exercises.

2. Awareness {sound flow}: Awareness is the practice step of awareness of the body. After pranayama practice, the students have adjusted their body and mind, using the "initial consonant of the word wheel" of the body organ itself to directly open and further awaken the body's perception and shake the body's vein. Word wheel itself is an integral part of language, and there are probably many kinds. Humans use language to communicate ideas and express feelings. Language, whether narrow or broad, is a small part of acoustic energy in the universe. According to the classic principle of yoga, the initial of the word wheel is the epitome of the universe and a dynamic energy symbol with special effects. From the perspective of life science, different word turns can constitute different substances and different fields. From the perspective of physical acoustics, the phonemes that human vocal organs can emit can be said to be endless. For example, a nice song and a message of peace can bring peace and tranquility to our day. .

3. asana {dynamic}: after entering this step, asana begins to deepen awareness. In this step, the yoga teacher should guide the students to understand that the significance of asana practice lies not in the practice itself, but in the guidance that asana can do and return to our inner world. The practice of yoga posture, first of all, is not the posture in place, but the overall consciousness in place. In yoga, various postures are called "body seal" or "body lock". Body seal means {Mudra} in Sanskrit, which means blockade, or it is translated as conforming to the law. Under the guidance of the clever consciousness of the brain, the purpose is to bring the sense of escape back to the state of mind and play an auxiliary means to help purify the state of mind, so as to be better. Finally, it has something to do with spirituality. Therefore, posture practice is not a single special posture practice. Through spirituality, we endow postures with flexible efficiency, so each posture has its own characteristics and significance. We practice body movements through different body postures, and another purpose is to make breath everywhere, so that the efficiency of posture practice will bloom.

4. Clear the heart {release}: After the asana exercise, do the release effect. The purpose of release is to release the function after the guided practice of asana, which can be carried out by means of "meridian exercise" or "free meditation posture release". The more stable the mentality, the more stable the breathing will be from the rough level to the detailed level; As a result, the soul has been purified, the dirt of the soul has been reduced, and the soul and spirituality have been connected accordingly. Connection will make the spiritual consciousness awaken our body's further perception through the mind, stimulate the spiritual energy in the body, and achieve the best practice effect. At the same time, it will also adjust our breathing skillfully, so as to enter the corresponding state of physical and mental harmony. That is, the body, that is, the heart, is synchronized, which is a health defect.

5. Meditation: After the pure heart is released, we choose the way of meditation. There are many kinds of sitting methods: double board, single board, sitting on opposite feet, natural board and so on. When you sit down, shake your body from side to side to adjust your best posture smoothly. In this step, the teacher can ask different students to take different sitting postures without forcing them.

6. Meditation: At this time, the yoga teacher began to guide students into the world of meditation. Special meditation guide words began to be accompanied by beautiful, quiet and peaceful music, so that students can fully feel the travel and beauty of the spiritual world, fully release the fatigue of the day in class, and feel the thorough purification of spiritual consciousness.

7. Close the body {Complete}: After the practice, the yoga teacher must pay attention to guiding the students to do a good job of recycling. Don't underestimate this recycling. When cycling, let the students go back to the prelude of breathing, take a few deep breaths and adjust the cycle. Yoga class starts with breathing, but it still starts with breathing. In this way, you can end the class and return to your daily state. Don't drink water for ten minutes after practice, so as not to affect the efficacy of yoga.

In a word, a standard and complete yoga class is the correspondence and connection of body, mind and spirit, which is the real meaning of our students practicing yoga. Health in a narrow sense is disease-free, while health in a broad sense is a state of mind and body that makes life glow with joy, vitality, brilliance and positive harmony.
