Hematoma: Hematoma is caused by tearing large blood vessels during operation and insufficient dressing pressure after operation. Hematoma can be treated by local puncture, drainage of effusion and pressure dressing.
Skin ecchymosis: it is caused by the damage of subdermal vascular network. Generally, parts with excessive liposuction are more likely to be damaged. This phenomenon does not need other treatment, and ecchymosis disappears after 2 ~ 3 weeks.
Hypoesthesia of skin: basically, there are different degrees of hypoesthesia of skin, and most of them can recover within 3 ~ 6 months after operation.
Skin wrinkles and unevenness: skin wrinkles will only appear in a few cases with poor skin elasticity; The unevenness is caused by uneven liposuction strength and uneven thickness of residual fat under the flap tissue. It has a lot to do with the doctor's experience and skills. A slight lump will gradually improve after 3 months.
Skin necrosis: more common in incision. Because the suction tube for liposuction rubs back and forth or has negative pressure when entering and leaving, it will lead to local injury and necrosis, but the necrotic area is generally small.
Fat embolism: pulmonary vascular embolism and deep vein thrombosis are serious complications and rarely occur. Once it happens, it should be treated as soon as possible.
