When an employee signs a labor contract with the company, the company has the right to get the employee's ID card to verify its information, and can also be responsible for filing the original ID card. As long as the company does not detain the employee's ID card, it is legal. If the employee is worried about illegal use, he can mark "Comments for XXX Company" in the copy.

What deserves our special attention is that the copy of ID card without endorsement is easy to leave hidden dangers, which may cause unnecessary economic losses and even endanger personal credit information.
