Composition: 7 grams of raw fried hawthorn, 9 grams of fried tangerine peel, and appropriate amount of black tea.

Function: Promote digestion, regulate qi and reduce blood fat.

Indications: ① Overeating Gao Fang, high blood lipid, or dizziness, often feeling sticky in the mouth or phlegm in the pharynx, or obesity. ② Pingming gastric acid is low, eating slowly, or accompanied by restlessness.

Methods: Put the medicine into a thermos bottle, pour half a bottle of boiling water, and plug it 10 minutes or more. When you often drink tea, 1 day will be finished.

Avoid: people with high stomach acid and ulcer disease should not drink it.

Remarks: This prescription is actually effective. Hawthorn is the main medicine in the prescription. Modern research has proved that it contains maslinic acid, tartaric acid, citric acid, flavonoids and glycosides, and has the functions of expanding cardiovascular system, lowering blood pressure, lowering blood lipid and helping digestion. Stir-fried dried tangerine peel can regulate qi, accelerate diaphragm function, contribute to diet digestion and assist hawthorn digestion.
