WIN7 and 64-bit system disks take up a lot of space (notebooks)
The 64-bit version of Windows 7 takes up about 30-40G of disk space (without turning off system restore).

1. It is recommended to install win7 64-bit system, and the space of drive C should be at least 60G. It is recommended to 100G.

2. In addition, transferring my documents and user folders to other disks is also a common method to slow down the fattening speed of C disk.

3. Right-click Computer, Properties, Advanced System Settings, Performance column Settings, Advanced, and Virtual Memory column Change, uncheck "Automatically manage paging file size of all drives", set virtual memory with the same minimum and maximum value on the following non-C disk, select drive C, change the following system management size to "No paging file", and then click "Settings".

What I feel, unconfirmed, is related to the enlargement of disk C:

1. When installing software, especially some design software, text software, platform software, such as Office, Photoshop, Maya, 3DMax, Java JDK, etc., some software files will be written into c:\Program Files\, resulting in slow shrinkage of the remaining space.

2. When the system is updated, the downloaded update files will be cached on the system disk (the downloaded update files will be automatically deleted after installation, except for the files downloaded by third parties such as 360).

3. If you don't modify the software settings, some software will use disk C as a cache disk, resulting in the accumulation of cache files. Like WinRAR.
