Modern aerobics is refreshing because it combines the health of gymnastics with the beauty of dance and the rhyme of music. It attracts people with its scientific movements and graceful posture, which is beneficial to the body's fitness, bodybuilding, bodybuilding and mental health. Nowadays, aerobics is developing vigorously in the world, showing great vitality. Competitive aerobics develops rapidly with the vigorous development of aerobics. Competitive aerobics brings aerobics into the sports competition mechanism. In recent years, various provinces, cities and regions in China often hold various forms of competitive aerobics competitions. As we all know, arrangement and completion are the two major factors of competitive aerobics competition score. How to create aerobics that conforms to the characteristics of competitive aerobics and firmly grasps the development direction will be the main problem discussed in this paper, and I will discuss it with my colleagues. I. Action Characteristics Competitive aerobics is an independent sport different from floor exercise, rhythmic gymnastics and acrobatics. According to its characteristics of many action types, many actions, few repetitions, short practice time and fast action speed, we should pay attention to the following points in action design. (1) gives priority to exercise, combining exercise with dance. The action of competitive aerobics must be designed as the action structure of exercise, which has the purpose of obviously affecting a certain part of the body. Physical fitness is one of the main functions of competitive aerobics, and the action design should follow the laws that conform to physical fitness and human artistic modeling. When arranging movements, we should not only consider the influence on all parts of the body and the practice of developing strength, flexibility, coordination, agility and endurance, but also have the characteristics of beautiful dance modeling and appearance in sports form. Disco or thunder dance with specific movements is an arrangement of competitive bodybuilding, which does not meet the requirements at all. (2) Carefully conceive and strive for novelty. The whole set of movements of competitive aerobics is not segmented, with less repetition, more complicated movements, more changes and strong continuity, and the symmetrical movements are correspondingly reduced, smooth and in one breath. When designing the movement, we should be innovative and carefully conceived. Can design more rough, bold, powerful, beautiful and elastic movements. (3) Grasp the characteristics of action style. Action style is the guidance of creating and designing action materials. For example, China Wushu, classical ballet, jazz dance, modern dance or disco are used as the creative keynote and run through the whole set of movements. If a set of exercises does not have a basic style, it will be disorganized and neither fish nor fowl, giving people a patchwork feeling and not reflecting the characteristics of a set of exercises. Therefore, it is very important to grasp the characteristics of action style. Second, the arrangement characteristics of competitive aerobics are obviously legal, and the competition rules stipulate the events, time and specific actions of the competition. Therefore, when arranging, we must create a colorful set of actions on the basis of rules, which should reflect the following points: (1) Unique and novel. A set of exercises should have its own unique style in order to attract the audience. We should change the mode of running and jumping all over the field. (2) Pay attention to the all-round development of the body, proceed from the effectiveness of fitness, take simple and easy-to-learn exercises as the main body, and organically combine more symmetrical movements with a small amount of asymmetrical movements, so as to make them appear more movements and change quickly, fully embodying the characteristics of health, strength and beauty. (3) Follow the structure of competitive aerobics.
