First, use pr(Premiere) to add a transition effect to the video. First open Premiere, open a project, and create a new one if there is no project.

Secondly, double-click in the project area to add a video material.

Third, drag the video material that has been added to the project area into the timeline.

Fourth, then choose the effect. There are many choices in effect. Select the video transition at the bottom.

5. Video transitions are all the transition effects you want. You can try each one and choose a style you like.

6. Then select the razor tool, or press the shortcut key c to cut the video with the razor tool, and add the transition effect where necessary.

Seven, after cutting, you can drag the effect inside the video transition to the place where you just cut the video track.
