How to adjust the size of xp's C disk
XP system can't use Disk Manager to compress volumes, so it has to rely on third-party software.

We can use "PowerQuest PartitionMagic" to adjust the partition of drive C for short. ..

1. Open the software and check the hard disk partition.

2. Check the partition status of disk C, and the blank space here is space that can be adjusted.

3. If the user has a large-capacity disk, he can click the large-capacity disk, click the partition tab on the menu bar → select Move/Resize partition.

4. Adjust the partition size of drive C. ..

After adjustment, the space of disk C will be separated, and we can allocate the space separated from disk C to two adjacent disks D.

1. Right-click drive C in the application interface to pop up the drop-down menu, and select (merge) from the drop-down menu.

2. In the partition box near the merger, select the partition to be merged, then fill in the folder name casually under the merged folder, and click OK.

3. After the merge settings are completed, don't forget to click (Apply) in the lower left corner of the program interface.

4. At this time, a prompt box will pop up, prompting whether to apply the changes. Click (Yes) here.

At this point, the software applications begin to merge, but because the C disk is a system disk, the merging process must be merged during the boot process, so you will be prompted to restart the computer to automatically merge partitions, and then confirm to restart the computer.
