But remember that levator ani exercise does not advocate holding for too long at a time, so it is easy to cause constipation or even hemorrhoids when the postpartum fire is big. When defecating, consciously hold back for a while, and then go to the toilet quickly, otherwise it will not be worth the loss, not only will it not shrink the vagina, but it will also easily lead to constipation or hemorrhoids, which will be more troublesome to treat in the future!
