Nunchaku course
The nunchakus tutorial is as follows:

In nunchaku movement, the force is exerted through the cooperation between the stick and the body, which is called "force". According to the different direction of force, it can be divided into the following four techniques: splitting the stick (3 sticks) from top to bottom is called "splitting the stick" and can be divided into the following three techniques. "Front chopping stick", starting from holding the stick, loosen the B stick to make it move back and forth, and chop from top to bottom after the right arm rebounds;

"Left oblique chopping stick", starting from holding the stick, release the B stick to make it move back and forth, and then after the right arm rebounds, obliquely chop from top to bottom. "Right oblique chopping stick", starting from holding the stick, loosen the B stick to make it move back and forth, left and right, and then obliquely chop from top to bottom after the left arm rebounds.

Sweeping the stick (2 sticks) from left to right, or from right to left, can be divided into the following two methods. "Sweep the stick left", starting from holding the stick, loosen the stick B to make the stick move back and forth, and then sweep from right to left after the right arm rebounds. "Sweep the stick to the right", starting from holding the stick, loosen the stick B to make it move back and forth, left and right. After the left arm bounces, the stick sweeps from left to right.

Picking sticks from bottom to top (3 sticks) is called "picking sticks" and can be divided into the following three techniques. "Pick the stick", starting with holding the stick, releasing the B stick and hitting it from bottom to top. The "left oblique connecting rod" starts from holding the rod, releases the B rod, naturally hangs on the right side, and exerts force obliquely from bottom to top. "Right oblique stick", starting from holding the stick, loosen the B stick and naturally hang it on the left side, and the stick will exert force obliquely from bottom to top.

An elastic stick (1 stick) is called an "elastic stick" when it pops forward from the armpit. Starting from the rod clamping potential, release the B rod and eject it forward to restore the rod clamping potential.
