With a little tension and yearning, when the bus pulled into the devil training base, our mood began to boil.
In order to exercise ourselves and improve our mentality, we participated in the devil training camp. I am a sports enthusiast, and I am good at climbing and running at ordinary times, but when I really put myself into devil training, I realize that it is not as easy as I thought.
In the devil training base, we not only have to accept military training, outward bound training and other subjects, but also have many extreme sports waiting for us to challenge, such as fear training at high altitude. For me without acrophobia, a height of 30 meters is a piece of cake. I was a little dissatisfied when I looked at my comrades' hesitant expression when they challenged me, but my heart kept shaking during the climb. When I finally stood at the top, an inexplicable fear came to me, and I even had an impulse to retreat. However, there is no turning back after opening the bow. The devil coach didn't give me a chance to turn back. I gritted my teeth and insisted on crossing the broken bridge in the air, and a sense of accomplishment came to me. Although my heart has been beating, I feel that my life has been sublimated. I just thanked coach Li for making me hate it.
Just after fear training, we have to face extreme physical training and lifting logs, just like special forces. In order to challenge the limits of our bodies, sharpen our will and cultivate our team consciousness, instructor Li constantly encourages us. Just when we are ready to give up, he always has a reason to keep us going. In this way, under his strict system and encouragement, we incredibly completed the 100 group training. When we put down the log, we felt that our whole body didn't belong to us and we were lying on the ground weakly.
Devil training is actually a process of constantly challenging and defeating yourself. This is a game played by the strong. Through the devil training these days, I feel a lot:
First of all, the biggest enemy in life is yourself. Only when you have the ability to conquer yourself can you conquer the world.
Second, life is a process of constantly surpassing oneself. It doesn't matter how strong you used to be. The key is to make a little progress every day. If you made progress, you wouldn't have lived in vain today.
Third, there is no savior in the world. If there is, it is yourself. Save yourself when you encounter difficulties. The key to success lies in whether you have a strong heart.
There is a devil in everyone's heart, eroding your heart. You must show your wisdom and courage to overcome it, then it will have nowhere to hide. The key is whether you want to do it or not.
Chapter two: Thinking about devil training.
After just two days and one night's training, I feel that what I get is not only the joy of the competition and the joy of the team after completing the goal, but what really benefits me the most is the life sentiment and inspiration I get from it.
? There are no perfect individuals, only perfect teams? Only through training can people truly appreciate the strength of the team. Through the participation and experience of team activities in these two days, I have the following understanding of team building in the future:
First, team building should have consistent goals in the future.
Whether crossing the power grid or skipping rope, every member of us is actively making suggestions and striving to achieve the same goal in almost all projects. Why can everyone be so United in training? Because everyone has the same goal, they help each other and cooperate with each other. If we can support each other in practical work, we can become a United and powerful team, and we should highlight the unity of goals and interests in future team management.
Second, perfect team building must give full play to everyone's wisdom.
Although everyone is gossiping during the activity, some people think it will affect the efficiency of the team, but I think it is a sign of our strong sense of responsibility and unity, and it is also a sign of Qi Xin's concerted efforts. If everyone says nothing, it means that the team has not tapped its potential at all. Put your heart and soul into your thoughts, and you will definitely say it out loud. Only by giving full play to everyone's wisdom can we tap the team's greatest vitality and competitiveness. Of course, we should formulate implementation discipline and give full play to everyone's wisdom in the discussion. I think we can get everyone's full input when we implement it.
Third, we should give full play to everyone's strengths in team building.
In team building, we should give full play to our personal strengths. Only when our advantages complement each other and form the strength of the team can we achieve our goal. Take the power grid for example, it is impossible for one person, but it is possible in front of our team. In other words, in the face of difficulties, we must look at the problem comprehensively, make correct plans, and pay attention to the complementary advantages of human resources, so as to avoid detours, give full play to our personal advantages and solve problems efficiently. Achieve team goals and personal goals at the same time. In other words, you should answer the truth? There are no perfect individuals, only perfect teams? .
During the training, there is a game called. The charisma of a leader? Through this game, I realized that as a leader, the head of a department should bear much responsibility, and if something goes wrong, or any employee fails to complete the tasks within your jurisdiction, you should bear all the responsibilities. On the other hand, we should also think about how much pressure the boss has. Just like the coach said, when your company is in trouble, you can choose to quit, and all will be borne by your boss alone. Therefore, since you have chosen, you must dare to bear and dare to contribute. At the same time, we should fully support our leaders.
A good arrangement in the training is to encourage everyone to speak actively when sharing and make contributions to their own collective. I think this arrangement itself is to hope that everyone can break through themselves and fully tap and cultivate their own abilities. In our life journey, we need constant breakthrough and innovation, and so do our company collectives, in order to tap the greatest potential.
Through this training, I also learned to challenge myself; Learn to face up to your own shortcomings and understand your own advantages and disadvantages; Learn to encourage others, appreciate others, and treat others with a grateful heart.
This outward bound training gave me an unforgettable experience and valuable spiritual wealth! I sincerely thank the company leaders for giving me this opportunity to learn. Outward bound training was a great success, and everyone gained a lot. I am willing to discuss with my company leaders and colleagues, and work together to make our big group more perfect, to open up a broader world and to carry out our cause better!
Chapter three: Reflections on the devil's training.
Joined the hospital organization? Devil training? In the first stage, through intense and challenging outward bound training, we not only honed the will and team of our comrades-in-arms, but also deeply realized the importance of unity and cooperation, and understood the importance of helping each other and taking responsibility. Looking back on the experience of these two days and one night, although I feel very tired physically and mentally, I have accepted many new things, felt a lot and benefited a lot.
1. Understanding of working methods. I found that the seven, nine, eight and four successful methods taught by the coach are seven (clear goals, ideals and focused planning), eight (quick action, not despair) and nine (details, details? And a complete plan) and four successful methods (willingness to correct actions), which is the famous management theory-PDCA cycle (Deming cycle). To do anything, you must first have a clear goal, and then you need to make a detailed and complete plan to achieve the goal and start to implement it vigorously. Pay attention to details in your work, and everything may be ruined by details. In the process of implementation, you should revise the plan according to your specific situation, not the goal. Besides? Self-discipline and persistence Willing to challenge any difficulty? A reasonable goal is bound to succeed. Combined with specific work, I realized the so-called? Objective facts are the ultimate authority? Everything is told by facts, without too many excuses, as long as you have good work performance, which is better than any eloquence.
2. Take responsibility. Everyone should bear the responsibility of 100%. If you choose, you must be responsible. For example, there is a simple number game in training, in which each group takes turns to count off, and the captain of the last group will be punished: 40 to 160 push-ups. Everyone didn't realize anything at first, but in the middle, they saw that the captain had no strength at all, took a rest, struggled to support himself with the strength of his knees, and then fell heavily. The team members couldn't stand it anymore, so they pleaded with the teacher and said that this mistake was caused by everyone. Let's do it for the captain. The teacher refused: since you are the team leader, you should bear the responsibility of 100% and accept the punishment you made. What do you think when you see that your captain must be punished for your mistakes? Think about the mistakes you made at work and let the leader punish you. What do you think? Are you gloating or nervous? But does it work? You made a mistake and now you regret it. Is it useful? Will this happen if you are careful and don't make mistakes? Do you think it is easy to be a leader? The leader is not just talking, he is responsible for all the work done by his subordinates. Do you know how many times the leader has been under pressure because of your mistakes? That's when I realized. Responsibility? Part of.
3. Team spirit. During the training, I realized that everyone is an indispensable part of the team and plays an important role in the team. Like in training? Crossing the power grid? Even if only one person can't arrive, it is also a failure, which can only be completed with the cooperation of Qi Xin. The same is true in real life. A hospital may suffer heavy losses because of one person's mistake. Only by thinking in one place and making efforts in one place can the team succeed, and it also makes us realize that the hospital will have better development only if everyone does his own job, which has become the source of my future work and the driving force for progress.
4. Positive mentality and execution. You should have a direction and a goal, and the goal is the main point. With a goal, there is motivation and a direction to work hard. Pay attention to goals, set goals and put them into action, have a positive attitude, find mistakes in time, correct them in time, and correct goals and working methods in time, so that everyone can accomplish them together and achieve their goals. Clear goals, combined with correct methods, unity and cooperation, I believe success is just around the corner.
5. communicate effectively. When a person does one thing, it carries a lot of things, which will involve many people and things. Serious and effective communication is very important for a group composed of many people and for a hospital. If we are good at communication and enhance our sense of responsibility, our work will be much smoother and our mistakes will be reduced. Training here, like training? Crossing the power grid? , deepened my understanding in this respect, only good communication will have the strongest execution in the work, and will arouse the sense of responsibility of each participant.
6. Be grateful. In the final stage of training, everyone stood face to face in two circles. With the coach's command, they moved to the right, constantly changing the people opposite. I remember that as the lights dimmed, the music slowed down. Under the coach's narrative-talking about parents' love, friends' relatives and the pain of missing a friend, basically everyone burst into tears. Everyone has a kind nature, and people should give full play to this kindness and always be grateful. Tell yourself you should do better.
In short, the hospital provided me with this training opportunity, which greatly inspired me, made me more aware and clear about my working methods, improved my work execution, and improved my coordination, communication, cooperation and team spirit. I believe that I will apply it in my future work and strive to become a? 100% responsible? , will better promote the progress of their work, to return patients, hospitals, comrades around, society.
Looking forward to the reorganization of the hospital at the right time? Training? In the second and third stages, in order to better improve the quality of comrades and enhance the cohesion of the hospital.
