Carrot bone soup
Composition and details:
A tube of bones, carrots, ginger, codonopsis pilosula, medlar, simple difficulty, half an hour, salty taste, craft pot.
Steps of carrot bone soup:
1. Wash the barrel bone with clean water.
2. Wash carrots and cut into pieces, slice ginger (two pieces are enough), and appropriate amount of medlar.
3. Put a proper amount of water in the pot, put the bone in the pot, and add ginger together (note: remember, put the bone in the pot immediately after the water enters the pot), boil the water with high fire, and then cook it for 20 minutes on medium fire.
4. Add carrots and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
