Therefore, the first step to lose weight is to let yourself recognize the practice of eating less and moving more, and to dispel the whimsical idea of losing weight successfully through diet pills, so that you have no way to go.

Then it comes to the specific practice. I want to separate diet from exercise. First of all, talk about diet. I don't think it's convenient to cook many dishes by myself since I'm at school. One is that we don't have tools and venues, and the other is that we have to be busy studying and have no free time, so I don't think it's necessary to bother. It is best to keep everything simple.

Eating fruit on an empty stomach will do harm to our health, and the loss will outweigh the gain. Of course, we must first get rid of the misconception that fruits are not fat, because many fruits have no less calories than rice.

As for lunch, I suggest ordering a box lunch. Of course, it is best not to eat rice. Order more different vegetables when you order. Try to choose chicken breast and beef as meat, and never eat pork. Although you can eat meat, you must pay attention to the amount! You know, munching on meat is not something people who lose weight can count on! Drink more water when you are hungry in the afternoon, or eat some low-calorie fruits to satisfy your hunger. Don't fall short at night after half a day. If possible, I don't think there is anything wrong with skipping dinner, and it won't have much impact.

After eating, I want to talk about sports. I think since we are in school, there are definitely not as many professional equipments as gyms. In this case, running is the best choice. We can go running in the playground at dinner time, set a certain mileage every day, weigh at a fixed time and record our changes.
