1. Two people hold both ends of the bamboo pole face to face, and the beating rhythm is specified as two, the first one is "opening and closing" and the second one is "opening and closing, opening and closing", and the pole spacing is more than 40cm;;
2. First do the dance steps without pole and the rhythm/coordination exercises of hitting pole;
3. After everyone has mastered the two roles, integrate the exercises, dance alone first, and then slowly transition to multi-person dancing;
4. Dancers can only enter from the fixed side and exit from the other side, not vice versa. At first, they can take a tentative step without jumping into the bamboo pole array completely;
5. When the dancers stop, all pole dancers shout "Hehe" at the same time to finish the last two strokes, and then stop;
6. Don't hit the pole too fast. Students who play pole dancing should stop immediately when they find that their teammates are in a chaotic rhythm. If they shout stop, they should also stop immediately.
The dance form is the same as that of Li nationality in Hainan. That is, two large bamboo poles are flat on the ground. Outside the two big bamboo poles, people hold the small bamboo pole face to face and slide back and forth along the big bamboo pole, and the dancers jump in the gap between the two bamboo poles. The dance moves are lively and cheerful, imitating the shapes of ants, turtledoves, leopards and thrushes.
Bamboo dance is generally divided into four links: meeting in the mountains, crossing the river in the bridge, falling in love and taking the bride home. Every link reveals the sincere feelings of Miao young men and women, full of many original aesthetic elements, simple and natural.
