How to practice drift board
1. equipment. Wearing loose clothes is easy to show off; Wear flat shoes, and don't wear basketball shoes with high friction.

Step 2 board the surfboard. Put two boards on the ground, and the board to be stepped on by the back foot will move forward; The board to be stepped on with the front foot should be flat. Then put on your hind feet first, press your toes on the ground as support, and balance your hind legs as support for the whole body. Then, put your front foot on the board. Then the center of gravity of the body leans forward slightly, then the front foot slides forward, giving an inertia, and then the whole inertia drives the whole body to slide forward. Note: When your feet board the board and slide on the board, your legs should be slightly bent, which is to lower your whole body's center of gravity and help maintain a good balance. Then, in the process of sliding, always pay attention to "the distance between your legs is equal to or slightly smaller than the distance between your shoulders." If the distance between the legs is too small, it is easy to lose balance and fall, because the center of gravity of the whole body is between the legs during the sliding process. If the distance between the legs is too small, the center of gravity is easy to change and lose balance.

3. venue. At the beginning, it's best to find a slope (a very, very slow slope) and slide down it. In the process of sliding, find a feeling of strength; If you can't find a suitable slope, find a wall or railing to support it and slide it back and forth step by step to exercise the coordination ability of your feet. Generally, novices use their hind legs to exert strength. Once you find the feeling that your hind legs can exert force, you will learn.

4. Time. Practice more and keep it for at least an hour every day. You can learn it in 2-3 days if you are quick. If it is slow, it will take about a week.

5. slide. When skating, I finally learned it, and my feet followed the S-shaped route. However, beginners, it is best to take the S-shaped route on the board with their front feet; Step on the board with your back foot and walk in a straight line. This is not easy to screw up. Note: After learning, the routes of the two boards are always opposite and opposite, that is, the front board is up, the back board is down, and vice versa.
